Q: I have an Email Failed error in the Owner Month End statement run, what does this mean.
A: The message reads "Email failed to send: Message - A recipient must be specified". The most common reason for this is under Owner - Financial Tab
There is a setting Include Alternate Address. If this is set to Yes but there is no Email 2 set on the Details screen on the Owner. It will cause an error
To sort, you can either add an Email 2 or turn the Alternate Address setting to NO
