How to generate a Portfolio Summary Report

The Portfolio summary report is a report that breaks down each part of the portfolio so you can see the health of the portfolio.

To generate the report

Click on Insights (Lefthand side menu)

Click on Portfolio and select Portfolio summary

On the right hand side of the screen is the select box for what you want to see

Select the month that you want

Then the user - leave as combined if you want the whole company

Choose the Management Group - normally this is left as combined and you would only make a selection if you wanted to pick another one of your offices.

Then click Generate

If you want a more detailed version of this report, then you would pick the Portfolio Details Report. (you will find it in the same area)
