Can I forward emails from my own email to Palace

Yes you can. There is a domain email address which is used by Palace that is unique to each client. You can use this to send emails into Palace

Once they get into the Email Inbox, you will have to "Connect" them to the Owner Property or Tenant they belong to. You can do this within the inbox itself

To find your unique Domain Email address

Go to  system > settings > integrations > pop / forwarding 

Click on Pop/forwarding and the following screen will appear (This one is a sample only)

You want the one under POP Username
