  • You will receive a change password link. Click on the link and follow the instructions to create a new password. Note: The stronger the password the safer your account will be.
  • Tip: In case you come across the error message mentioned below, it might indicate that the email address has been utilized previously and possibly stored in the Archive Users section. If the email address is located there, it can be deleted, and the password reset steps mentioned above can be followed again. (Contact the Palace Support team If the error persists)

Palace inspection app password

  • If you're using the pink app, please remember that your Palace database login is used as the account. After you've either retrieved or reset your password, you can sign out of the app, double-check your credentials (email address/password) for accuracy, and sign back in.

Note: It is imperative to upload all inspections from the app before making any changes to your password, email address, or domain. If you do make changes to your email address or domain, there is a possibility of losing inspections on the app that have not yet been submitted to Palace.

We highly recommend that passwords are not saved within your internet browser and a password storage application should be used to maximise security. You can search online for more information on various types of programs.
