This article will break down how the Rent Arrears graph and custom views have been set up.
All of the rent arrears are based on midnight of the day before i.e if today is the 14th, we will be recording all those paid up to and including the 13th. So if they're paid to date was up to or before midnight and they have not paid then they are deemed to be in arrears.
If there paid to date is today, then they are not in arrears as yet as they have the whole day in which to pay.
This is based on the setting Midnight to Midnight.
Clicking into each Segment will take you to a custom view designed to show you the breakdown of the information, once there you can use Custom Views as normal, use the normal mail merge features to email or SMS letters, export to Excel, or print to PDF.
Below are the custom view screenshots that show you what fields were used to collect and filter the information. These custom view setups are static and cannot be edited.
Overdue Rent Tenants (up to 6 days)
Overdue Rent Tenant 7 -13 days
Overdue Rent Tenant - 14 - 20 days
Overdue Rent Tenant 21 days and over
Overdue Rent Tenant - Vacated
