Owner got Error Message when trying to send email to Palace

Palace uses a message service to send and receive emails and this address shows to the Owners, however, it can only be used to reply to. You cannot cut and copy the address and use it in a new email.

It will come back with the following error



The reason for this is that every email that goes out of Palace is linked to the Owner Property or Tenant it came from, so when the reply comes in, it carries the same code so Palace knows where to link the email back to. If they send an email directly to the messaging service, it does not know what to do with it.

For an owner to send you an email, they must either reply to the one you sent them or they must address a new one to your own email address.
