Issues with Printing or Browser Issues - Clear Cache and Cookies -

You are experiencing some issues in Palace or browsing in general.  You may need to clear your cache and cookies.  Revisiting websites often keep an offline copy in the system for faster loading.  Sometimes a new update on the site is not seen.  Clearing these items means that the site will reload all links and images.

Clear Cache and Cookies

When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing these items fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

 

In Chrome

  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • At the top right-hand corner, click the menu buttonunnamed.png
  • Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.

  • At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  • Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes.
  • Click Clear data.

Reset Chrome Settings to Default

You can restore your browser settings in Chrome at any time. You might need to do this if apps or extensions you installed changed your settings without your knowledge. Your saved bookmarks and passwords won't be cleared or changed.

  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • At the top right-hand corner, click the menu buttonunnamed.png
  • At the bottom, go to Help and click About Google Chrome.
  • Click Advanced and Reset and clean up.
  • Click Restore settings to their original defaults.
  • Click Reset Settings.
  • Once the above has been completed, restart the computer and try again.

Should the issue still happen again after all the above stems have been done you will need to uninstall Chrome, restart the computer, download Chrome and try again.
