To have the ability to send statements to Owners and to a second address you need to access the Owner Detail's: This Shows all the contact information for the Owner.
In here you have the Email Section which requires the following
- Email: (1st Email) this is where you put the primary email address- (2nd Email Address) This would be used if you are wanting to send the statement to another owner or to their accountant- If your going to be using the "Secondary email address option" you will need to make sure the "Include Alternate Address" is ticked under the "Financial Tab" tab.
Click Save and Close
So now, when you go to run your next month end this information will be pulled through and the person in the alternative email address area will receive a copy as well as the primary email address.
