Dashboard - Expiring Leases (Fixed term tenancies)

To help control your fixed term lease expires and keep within the RTA requirements

This graph is broken down into 5 areas, 

• Expiring Leases 0 -21 days
• Expiring Leases 21 -90 days
• Expiring Leases 90 - 120 days
• Expiring Leases - Overdue
• Expiring Leases - Lease date not set

Clicking into each Segment will take you to a custom view designed to show you the breakdown of the information, once there you can use Custom Views as normal, use the normal mail merge features to email or SMS letters,  export to Excel, or print to PDF.

Below are the custom view screenshots that show you what fields were used to collect and filter the information. These custom view setups are static and cannot be edited.
