The graph is broken down into 3 areas as below

• Overdue Rent Increases - Rent increases that have been set but the tenant has not yet changed their rent amount 
• Upcoming Rent Increases (Rent increases coming up within 30 days)
• Upcoming Rent Increases (Over 30 days)
  
  

This information is coming from the Rent Increase area on the Tenant Edit screen, it will be taken the Letters,  export to Excel, or print to PDF.
