  • Go to System > System reports
  • Click on Change Log

  • Filter options include:

    • Date from - allows you to specify the starting date for the changes you want to review in the log. It helps you narrow down the timeline of modifications made to the system

    • Date to - you can set the end date for the changes you want to review. It helps you define the timeframe and focus on specific periods of system modifications

    • User - This filter enables you to filter the change log based on the specific user who made the modifications

    • Text Filter - This filter allows you to search for specific keywords or phrases within the change log. It helps you quickly locate relevant changes or modifications based on the text you input

    • Entity - This filter helps you filter the change log based on specific entities within the system. This could include properties, tenancies, etc. It allows you to focus on changes related to specific elements of the system.

  • You can generate a report to PDF or click the drop-down menu next to the generate button to export the report to Excel

Email log

The Email Log records all the emails sent through Palace. It provides a record of emails sent to tenants, owners, or any other recipients, helping you easily track communication history.

  • Go to System > System reports
  • Click on Email Log

SMS log

The SMS Log records all text messages sent through Palace. It allows you to review the history of SMS communication with tenants, owners, or any other recipients, helping you easily track communication history.

  • Click on SMS Log
