We've been evaluating our SMS services to see where it could be improved.

We understand that communication is an important part of life and now more than ever, the use of SMS is crucial. In the past, you've needed to purchase SMS credits before being able to use them. This can become problematic in some scenario's where you may run out of credits halfway through bulk SMS run.

You will now be able to send messages whenever and will be billed on the 10th of each month for what has been used - in line with our monthly subscription billing date.

What does this mean for you?

  • Freedom to send bulk & individual SMS without the worry of running out of available credits
  • Consistently available credits throughout the month
  • Regular invoicing once a month for what you have used (from 10th to the 10th of each month)
  • Your dashboard will display your current 'used' balance and will reset back to 0 after the billing cycle - this will allow you to keep an eye on the number of used SMS credits.
