Change The Date that the tenant pays on - Payment Cycle

When a tenant starts their tenancy on a Monday the expected rent period in Palace will be from Monday to Sunday. You can, however, change the pay week in Palace without disrupting the Start Date of the Tenancy. 

Eg. If the tenant's due date for rent is Monday but they want to pay from a Wednesday, they will need to pay you 2 days rent so they do not show that they are in arrears. You will also need to add a new rent change to reflect this in Palace.

Moving Tenant from Monday to Wednesday $440.00 a week

Go into the Tenant Edit screen.

CHANGING THE RENT DUE DAY FROM THE START OF THE TENANCY:

In the Rent Changes area, you will see the original rent already loaded, click on Add Rent Change, Add a new rent change with the same amount as what they would normally pay. Add the date to the first Wednesday after the tenancy starts.

IF IT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF A TENANCY:

Add one for the next Monday for $440.00, then add another one for the Wednesday of $440.00

Palace will take the next two rent receipts to get this correct as it has to do the adjustment then the new rent weeks will be accurate.
