Out of Memory Error when Sending out Inspection Reports

There are multiple reasons that you may get this error when emailing out inspection reports. 

1. There are too many photos on the report and the file size exceeds 20MB/25MB. Therefore Palace cannot generate the report to be printed (or emailed).
It’s worth noting that if the photos have been taken ‘outside’ of the app, these will need to be re-sized before the report can be generated.

If you are able to generate and download the report but cannot email it out due to the size limitations please use a compressor tool (like the one linked below) to compress your Inspection Report out so you are able to email it out. 


2. The PC is low on space and is having difficulty generating the report. Best to try restarting PC or trying the report on another machine (Worst-case scenario, send a support query through for us to generate).
This is also related to the size of the report exceeding 20MB/25MB and the specific machine cannot handle generating the report.

Please note: If this error shows when generating the report please pop a ticket through to us after all the necessary changes you need on the report are done.
