There are multiple reasons that you may get this error when emailing out inspection reports.
1. There are too many photos on the report and the file size exceeds 20mb. Therefore Palace cannot generate the report to be printed (or emailed).
It’s worth noting that if the photos have been taken ‘outside’ of the app, these will need to be re-sized before the report can be generated.
2. The PC is low on space and is having difficulty generating the report. Best to try restarting PC or trying the report on another machine.
This is also related to the size of the report exceeding 20mb and the specific machine cannot handle generating the report.
To send this inspection you can also de-select some of your images and send separate inspection reports to the owner with different photos on each if you do not wish to resize the images individually.
