From Saturday 19th of October 4 pm to Monday 21st October 5 am, there will be scheduled downtime. We will be using this time to add more capacity to our infrastructure and speed up our overall service. To ensure uptime and stability of the platform, we are performing this upgrade on our infrastructure during the weekend so that we can ensure a smooth transition.
During this upgrade, Palace will be inaccessible and all operations around the platform, including inspection imports, email delivery & SMS reminders will resume immediately after the maintenance window.
