In the Property, there is a tab called Healthy Homes, this area is everything you are required to enter by law.
Each field is connected to a merge field, this information can be taken through into your own Healthy Homes Statement OR you can print this screen - from Property Report (under the reports section of the property) - Healthy Homes Statement and this will print this screen as a PDF document
These fields use the names that MBIE had discussed with us, you may refer to them in different terms but they do comply with the legal requirements. We have tried to match the MBIE form on their website.
