How to add Inactive and Active status on a Property

When you make a property Active or Inactive, you need to choose a reason. These reasons are then used in reporting. This allows the Manager to see where the new managements are coming from or the reasons why managements are being lost.

To add or take away from the list:

  • Click on System
  • Click on List Defaults
  • Click on the drop down arrow and select either Property - Active state reasonings or Property - Inactive state reasonings
  • Click on Add to add new ones
  • Click on Save Changes


If you want to delete a status you can, but remember it will affect the history that it is assigned to.
