Q: I scan all my invoices to firstname.lastname@example.org but not all come through, why is that?
A. If they aren't coming through at all to unmatched or matched, it could be an email spam issue. Palace will need to whitelist email addresses for those Suppliers.
Contact Support and give us the email addresses of the Suppliers and also the email address you are using to send the invoices to Palace and we'll see if we can find out if the emails are getting to us and what from address they're coming from. E.g. if it's coming from a scanner it may not be registered with us. or may need to be whitelisted.
