Not all Scanned Invoices are showing in Document Flow - Why?

Q:   I scan all my invoices to invoices@getpalace.com but not all come through, why is that?
A. If they aren't coming through at all to unmatched or matched, it could be an email spam issue.  Palace will need to whitelist email addresses for those Suppliers.
Contact Palace and give us the email names of the Suppliers and we'll see if we can find out if the emails are getting to us and what from address they're coming from.  E.g. if it's coming from a scanner it may not be registered with us. or may need to be whitelisted.
