Set up Log in Details for a new user


Once the new user has been added, make sure to complete the below steps to create a password. This will grant them access to Palace.

Set up login details

Before proceeding with the below steps, you must add a new user to your Palace database.

  • Highlight the person's name in the list by moving your mouse over it
  • Click on the drop-down menu next to the Edit button
  • Click Setup Login Details
  • A pop-up box will appear with the person's email address
  • Click Confirm
  • An email will be sent with a link to set up a password


  • If this does not work, go to
  • Click Forgot password?
  • Enter the email address
  • Click on Submit
  • This will send a password reset link to the email address to create a new password
