Once you have loaded in the new user and click on Save and Close
Now highlight the name of the person in the list and click on the drop-down button next to the Edit button
Select "Set Up Login Details"
A pop-up box will appear with the email address of the new person, if that is correct, then click on confirm.
This will send an email to the person and they follow the link to set up the password.
If for some reason that this does not work, go to the https://app.getpalace.com, click on the Forgot password?, enter the email address and click on Submit. This will send a password reset link to the email address to create a new password.
