How do I change the transaction date on a transaction already processed?

Sometimes you receipt a transaction on the wrong date and you do not notice until already processed. It is easily fixed.

  • Go to Financial
  • Click on Transaction
  • Click on History (Top right hand side)
  • Find the transaction number
  • Click on the transaction and it will open up
  • Change the date to the one you want (The one on the top line)
  • Click Save & Close

Note: It must be this months date or it will not let you change it
