Transferring Information to Your Mobile Apple/Android App

  • Click on Property, then Property inspections
  • You will then be able to see all properties available for export. You may filter this list by Property Manager, Inspections type and/or a date range of the next inspection date.
  • Select all or a selection of properties that you wish to transfer.
  • Click on Sync


Once your upload is complete, you can go to your device, click on the Palace app (download from the Apple App Store or Google Play), and log in using the email address and password for your inspection account.

Your app will normally update the property list automatically, however, if it does not, go to the 'Setting' tab in the mobile app, and click on Sync.

The app will also inform you when the last sync was done.  Tapping 'Sync' to force a sync is sometimes recommended.

  • Apple:
  • Tap 'Settings'
  • Tap 'Sync'


  • Android:
  • Tap the 3 lines (menu, top left-hand side of the screen)
  • Tap 'Settings'
  • Tap 'Sync Now'
