Syncing Information to Your Mobile Apple/Android App

  • Click on Property, then Property inspections
  • You will then see all properties available for export. You may filter this list by Property Manager, Inspections type and/or a date range of the next inspection date.
  • Select all or a selection of properties that you wish to transfer.
  • Click on Sync

Once your upload is complete, you can go to your device, click on the Palace app (download from the Apple App Store or Google Play), and log in using the email address and password for your inspection account. (The pink Palace Liquid app uses the same email address as your Palace database credentials).

The app will normally update/sync the property list automatically, however, if it does not, go to the Settings tab in the mobile app, and click on Sync.

The app will also inform you when the last sync was done.  Tapping Sync to force a sync is sometimes recommended.

  • Apple:
  • Tap Settings
  • Tap Sync

  • Android:
  • Tap the 3 lines (menu, top left-hand side of the screen)
  • Tap Settings
  • Tap Sync Now

The above Apple and Android-related information are for the pink Palace Liquid inspection apps.
