How to upload multiple External Files

File Storage enables you to import entire files/folders that are saved elsewhere on your computer, so you can access them from within Palace.

To do this, go to the Diary of the relevant Owner, Property, Tenant or Supplier. Click on File Storage.

This allows you to drag and drop files into this area. Files will be saved with the same file name.

To download after importing, click the BLUE arrow.

To delete, click the RED cross.

You don't need to save, you can just close out of that screen.

Tip: Files larger than 20 MB will not be saved. You can compress multiple files into 1 compressed file. If a PDF document is too large it can be compressed. For more information on compressing PDF documents, please see the following article titled How to Resize PDF Documents.

If you 1 file you would like to upload and do not want to use the File Storage option you can use the External File option. Please see the following article titled How to upload a single External File.
