Receiving a text (SMS) message

You can see if any text messages have been sent back to you in the SMS Inbox at the top right of your Palace screen.

It has also saved directly into the relevant person's diary.

To read the messages, go to the SMS Inbox at the top-right of the screen, it will display a number to show how many texts have been received.

Inside the SMS Inbox you will see the text reply, highlight the text and the details will show in the Details Box.

Click on the drop-down arrow on the MORE button, and click REPLY

You can now reply to the message and click SEND.

Note: the original message and your reply are saved in the relevant diary.
