How to record a phone call


This section is similar to notes. It is a record of information that you may have covered in a phone call.

Record a phone call

Recording a phone call is done in the relevant diary. We will use a tenant as an example.

  • Go to Tenancy > Current tenancies
  • Search for the tenant
  • Click on the tenant's name
  • Click on Diary
  • Select Phone Call +

  • In the Description area, type in notes from the conversation. (Maximum of 2,000 characters)
  • If necessary, you can link to a Group and/or Include in portal.
  • Click Save & Close when done


The page will refresh where you will find a new diary entry at the top of the list.
