This section is similar to notes. It is a record of information that you may have covered in a phone call.
- Go to the relevant Diary - Select Phone Call +.
- In the Description area, type in notes from the conversation. (Maximum of 2,000 characters)
- If necessary, you can link to a Group and/or Include in portal.
Click Save & Close when finished creating the note.

I.e., full contact details, contact number, company name and items regarding the issue you are experiencing. I.e., tenant/owner/supplier/property name, a copy of a report (if possible).
