How to create a Note

Whenever you do something with an Owner, Property, Tenant, or Supplier, you need to record it in the Diary. This gives a permanent history of events.

Notes will also show in the Diary report. The Tenant details report will also print notes if the Correspondence option is chosen. To create a note:

  • Click on the relevant Diary.
  • Click on NOTE.
  • Type in the description.
  • Select group - if relevant.

Click on Save and Close.
