How to create a Document

 

  • Go to the Diary of the required entity - Owner, Property, Tenant or Supplier
  • Click on CORRESPONDENCE

  • Select the Group type if you want the correspondence to be assigned to a particular group eg. Rent Arrears.
  • The Description is a short description of what the letter is about.
  • Use the Template drop-down to get started with your letter. Then click GENERATE

This will take you through to a word processing area and merge the document.

Check the document, make any changes. To print the Document, use the drop-down MORE button, and select Export to PDF. Once downloaded, you can print the document.

Click Save and Close
