Summary

You can create an application that allows actions to be undertaken before applicants sign a lease agreement and become fully-fledged tenants.

This article covers:

About applications

The Applications feature in Palace allows providers to manage their housing waitlist when necessary. Storing applications in a dedicated space provides an easily accessible and understandable overview of your internal waitlist. Application entries can be input into Palace manually or through tenant transfer. All applicant history is stored under the person’s profile.

Add an application

Create a new application from the left-hand side menu.

  • Go to Application > Add application
  • Click the Person Record drop-down menu under Head tenant
  • Select a person's profile
