Manage trust account

Learn how to easily set up your trust account, which serves as the central hub for receiving rents and distributing payments to owners.

Add account details for your NZ Palace database

You can only enter one trust, however, if you specifically need another trust account, you will need to contact the Palace support team and we will discuss your needs and set it up. This area is permission-based. If you do not have access, ask your manager or administrator to assist you.

  • Go to System > System bank
  • Click on Enter account name here

  • Enter your details, you do not need to enter a dash/hyphen between the numbers for the bank account

Note: Do not enter an opening balance. This is done when the Palace staff enter the opening balances.

  • When done, click Save changes

If you are going to do Direct Debit, you will need your registration number from the bank to enter here otherwise your file will not work.

Add account details for your AU Palace database

You can only enter one trust, however, if you specifically need another trust account, you will need to contact the Palace support team and we will discuss your needs and set it up. This area is permission-based. If you do not have access, ask your manager or administrator to assist you.

  • Go to System > System bank
  • Click on Enter account name here

  • Enter your details, you do not need to enter a dash/hyphen between the numbers for the bank account

  • You need to enter your identity code (APCA) this is normally 3 letters (bank code) and then 3 or 4 numbers. Either do an internet search or call your bank for this information
  • If you do Direct Debits, you will also need your DD set-up number, sometimes this is the same number as above

Note: Do not enter an opening balance. This is done when the Palace staff enter the opening balances.

  • Online banking - Normally just Australian ABA but if you are McQuarrie it may be the McQuarrie Feed option. Please check with the support staff if you are unsure
  • When done, click Save changes
