Summary

Learn how to connect your Palace database with RealEstate.co.nz for property listings.

This article covers:

Before you start

  • You will need to obtain the Office ID and API Token details for your account. If you don't have this on hand already, simply reach out to the team at RealEstate.co.nz and they will provide you with all the required information.

Setup the RealEstate.co.nz integration

This area is permission-based. If you do not have access, ask your manager or administrator to assist you.

  • Go to System > Settings
  • Click on the Integrations tab
  • Click on the Activate to the right of RealEstate.co.nz

  • Click Save Changes
  • On the pop-up, click Yes to confirm activation

Note: You must remain on this page until you get a successful message to complete the activation process. Once it's done, no need to do it again. Simply set up a property for listing, turn on the publish online toggle, and save to automatically trigger the listing on RealEstate.co.nz.

Setup User Codes

In addition to the Office ID and API Token, you'll also need a list of User Codes from the RealEstate team. These codes are crucial because they help identify the listing agent in Palace and display the right info on the RealEstate portal. Make sure to enter the User Codes for all your listing agents before sending listings from Palace.

  • Go to Users > Current Users
  • Search for the User > click on the user's name
  • Under User Codes, enter the user code in the Real Estate Code field
