  • Click on Select Merge Fields
  • Select the relevant signature label to be used
  • Repeat this until you have placed all the required signature labels in your document

Sync a document

When your document is processed through Secure Sign, you'll receive email notifications for important actions. Once the document is completed, you'll get an email notification, and then you can easily bring a copy of it to Palace.

  • Go to Tenancy > Current tenancies
  • Search for the tenant
  • Click the tenant's name to open their profile, then click Diary
  • Edit the diary entry for your document template
  • Click on the Sync with SecureSign button
  • Depending on the status of your packet, the description will update based on the status of your document. I.e., Document Uploaded or Document Pending or Document Completed
  • If you sync the diary entry and the document has been completed, a copy of the document will be automatically attached in PDF format
