What happens with an Invoice from Maintenance Manager

The Property Manager, create's the work order in Maintenance Manager
 
Job is handled and communication all handled in Maintenance Manager
                                
The Invoice comes in and they enter into Maintenance Manager the details of the invoice and attach invoice comes in and they enter into Maintenance Manager the details of the invoice and attach invoice to Maintenance Manager.
 
The Property Manager then approves the job in Maintenance Manager
At midnight each day this is then updated and sent to Palace

Palace creates a PDF of the Invoice, this invoice is attached to the transaction and you can find this in the Property Diary under Invoice.

The transaction is created and you can find this in the document flow area for processing

Note: The Invoice will go on the owner statement that the transaction appears on.
