Email Forwarding is only available to clients who are on our Email Domain.
To set this up all you require is your other email address under your name in the agents section
Then go into File- System Setup-Administration Setup- Configuration
Click on the ...
Now on this screen select the tick box next to Setup Forwarding
Now click Save
Note: This feature only works, if you originally sent the email from Palace and either your Owner or Tenant replies to it, then the reply will be forward to your other email account that's set up with the email forwarding system. It doesn't work if you send from your other account originally It must come from Palace First.
