Once you have received the files from Palace Support team- Save the documents to a location you can access in Palace.
- Open Palace
- Click on Tools, Document Templates
- Click On Import
- 'Find the Files in the location you saved them in.
- Click open
- Now the files should be in your document area under the name of the files that they were saved on your computer.
May need to scroll through your list to double check they all came through
Close the Document templates screen and now your Documents/Letters/Agreements are read to use.
