If you find that your invoice's aren't attaching to your month end statement even though you have the "Tick to include invoices in the Statement Options of Month End", You have most likely got the tick check on Processed on the invoice in the diary.
You will need to remove the tick on any invoices that have been checked as processed as this will stop the invoices from going out with the Statements to the Owners. (Note this is because Palace recogises this invoiced as being processed so doesn't need to be attach to this currents months Statement.)
