How to resolve my owners Password issue with logging into the Owner Portal

If you are having trouble logging into the Owner Portal there are a few reasons why this can happen

 

  • You haven't done another internet transfer since creating the password

 

  • Another reason could be that the owner hasn't had anything transferred over to the owner portal 

Please make sure both of these have been checked.

 

If you're getting the message that the username or Password is invalid then I'd suggest to reset the password and do another internet transfer. (Then try logging into the Owner Portal again.)
