Why do I have two postal codes on my Works Order?
Answer: Sometimes when you have had a conversion, your old system may of had the post code added into the address line. So when your in the Property edit screen and if you press the Post Code this will then duplicate the postal code into the Tenancy Address that's then pulled through and put onto the Works order.
So to remove the duplicated post code from a works order, you will need to go to
- Tenant Edit Screen
- Click on options
- Then down the bottom left hand side you will see the Box Named Tenancy Address. Remove the duplicated Postal Code and Save.
