Inserting a Logo/Letterhead into the Document
You can insert a logo/letterhead into each document. There is no quick way to insert a letterhead in to all your documents at once. They have to be inserted one at a time.
Instructions - Inserting a Logo/Letterhead into a document
Go to Document Templates - Tools - Document Templates
Find the template that you require, highlight, then click on "Edit Document"
Once in the document, put the cursor at the top of the page (where you want the letterhead to sit)
HINT You may need to change the margin settings on this page to allow for your letterhead to sit in the correct place. Click on Page Layout, then Page Setup
Once you have set the margins.
Click on Insert (on toolbar) and click Picture. This will bring up the browse box. Browse through to where your letterhead is kept.
If you do not see your images you may need to change the file type in the browse box. (It may be showing as Bitmap, just change to Jpeg)
Click OK, your letterhead will now show in the document, move it around until you have it in the right place, make sure the letter is showing correctly.
Save and close out. (or start typing your letter)
NOTE: If you do not have a letterhead for your Palace documents, email your logo and company details to Realbase and one will be made for you.
