The below information is for an iOS/Apple device.
Even though you have enabled 'Save to Camera Roll' under Settings in the Palace App the photos are not saving into the Camera Roll on the device another setting has to be enabled on the device itself.
Check on the device under:
'Settings',
Select 'Privacy',
Select 'Photos',
Make sure the Palace App is 'ON'.
If it is 'OFF' swipe to turn it 'ON'.
