Start by clicking on Control - Mail Merge
Select the relevant category i.e Owners
Click on Create Merge File (Middle of the screen Blue Disk Icon)
Click Fields - select the fields you would like eg. owner full name and owner postal address
Click okay and save under a file name with .html on the end (make note where its saved too as you need this location for importing into word)
Now Go To MICROSOFT WORD
