How to stop the App jamming on works orders

Question:

I am doing a works order on the iPad and when I go to choose an action it jams up on me, why is this?

Answer:

Make sure you have told Palace that you want to use work orders on your iPad. Go to tools - system set up. Click on Email/Device set up .... Down the bottom of the screen, make sure the work orders selection is ticked.

Save, then do an upload to your iPad. You should be fine now.
