Listings system - After getting a new printer, one of my reports is giving an error. What should I do?


The listings system allows users to switch reports to another printer, and to "save" the setting for that printer.

 By saving, the user is actually permanently linking that report to that printer, and an error occurs if that printer no longer becomes available.

The way to fix this is to update your version from our web site, which installs a fresh copy of the program which will again use your standard Windows printer for all reports.
