How to sort PalaceLive Mac issues and errors

If you get this error:

Unable to launch your application. Contact your help desk with the following information: Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust "GeoTrust DV SSL CA", the issue of the server's security certificate.

Then this was Duncan's response:

If this is a windows machine please use the following link on the machine having problems...
Please click on the 'Fix It' button half way down the page...
Here are the instructions for fixing this issues on the Mac.
Download the following file at...
  • Save the content "GeoTrust DV SSL CA.cer" to the Mac Desktop
  • in Finder, go to Applications –> Utilities
  • launch Keychain Access
  • open the "System" keychain and import the certificate (File –> Import Items)
  • restart your Macintosh and then try to access Palace Live again
