Integrating Invoice Automate with Palace

Configure Palace

This area is permission-based. If you do not have access, ask your manager or administrator to assist you. For an overview of this product, you can view the recorded Invoice Automate webinar from our Training Academy.

  • Go to System > Settings
  • Click on the Integrations tab
  • Click Activate next to Invoice Automate

  • A black pop-up box will appear asking to confirm or cancel. Click Confirm

Note: The setup will be completed in the background. Please wait for a successful message before refreshing or leaving the page.

  • Click Save changes

  • Click Dashboard

  • At the top right-hand side of Palace, you will see a new icon

  • Click on the icon and a new window will appear with Invoice Automate showing inside of Palace

Configure Invoice Automate

Upon your initial login to Invoice Automate, you'll be prompted to complete the setup wizard. Within this wizard, you'll select your preferences, plan type, and input credit card details for subscription activation.

Step 1

  • Click on the Invoice Automate icon at the top right-hand side of Palace
  • You can watch the short video and then click Next
  • Fill in all the text boxes and tweak the toggles

  • Click Next when done

  • Toggle on/off the Define invoice description library for creditor type
  • Edit the columns if needed

  • Click Next

Step 3

  • Select your plan

  • Click Next

Step 4

  • Enter your credit card details

  • Agree to the terms and conditions

  • Click Finish
  • The Bricks and Agent support team will receive the activation notice and validate your request. Once they have validated the payment details, they will activate Invoice Automate

Additional information

  • The Bricks and Agent Team will be in touch shortly after activation to complete the onboarding process
  • When your request has been validated and activated, you will be able to start using the integration right away - meaning you can navigate around as you normally would within Invoice Automate
  • Once you have approved an invoice in Invoice Automate, it will feed through into our Document Flow area where you process the invoice from there
  • There is a help button inside Invoice Automate. This is monitored by the Bricks and Agent support team
