Tenancy

For our tenants, we have two pop-up windows available to hold and record important data.

  • Navigate to the current tenancies list and click on edit on the desired tenancy.
  • We have the Housing Details window, which contains the allocation and household information. Fields that have been marked as active in the list defaults area will be displayed in this window, and much like our property fields, all required labels will have an asterisk displayed next to the label name:

  • The Person Details link is located on the right-hand side of the tenant screen. This shortcut window is available within the head tenant and the additional tenant screens and contains fields that cover the resident details per tenant. Like our other labels, this window displays fields based on our list defaults and follows the required field workflow.
