What we fixed
Email: Discard warning: When a User selects to Discard an email they are composing, a warning will now be displayed asking if the User is sure they wish to discard | Find out more about emails
NOTE: Databases with the Auto-Save function for emails turned on, will also be presented the Discard warning, if Yes is selected, the last auto-saved version of the email will still be available in the relevant entity diary.
Entity Diaries: Diary Groups - Remove option: Users will now have the option to set the Diary Group field to (None) on entity diary entries. This will be specifically helpful to Users who have entries attached to a diary group that is perhaps incorrect, or for entries that are no longer required to be attached to a diary group.
Supplier: SMS Document Templates: We have fixed the issue that saw Supplier document templates (SMS) not displaying for mail merge selection, in either an individual or bulk mail merge. The SMS templates will now be displayed for selection in the relevant areas as expected.
Integration: Maintenance Plus - Enable Palace work orders: For our Users who have or are about to make the switch over to our new Maintenance platform, we have re-enabled the work order areas in Palace (excluding the dashboard work order graph and the ability to Create New work orders). This will allow for easy tidy-up of Palace-raised work orders.
Tenancy: New fields: Two new additions to our tenant edit screen; termination reason and where next housed. These fields will allow you to add a bit more detail to the existing termination date field, although they're not compulsory labels so it's completely your choice.
NOTE: For our NZ-based clients, we will be making a change to these fields in the new year. You will find that the drop-down menu currently lists options suitable for AUS, which we will change to ''free text'' fields.
Tenancy: Extended Details:
We have added the below fields to the Head Tenant - Extended Details link.
- Address (Postal)
- Date Started
- Date Vacated
- Date Of Birth
- Age - Calculated field based on Date of Birth
- Gender
- Relationship Status
- CRN
We have added the below fields to the Additional Tenant - Extended Details link.
- Address (Postal)
- Relationship to Head Tenant
- Date Started
- Date Vacated
- Date Of Birth
- Age - Calculated field based on Date of Birth
- Gender
- Relationship Status

Property: Additional Fields: Under the Publish tab of a property we have added a new field named Disability Modification, so Users can record any property modifications accurately.
Reports: Year End Summary - Expense Report: We've applied a fix to our Expense reports generated with the Year End Summaries. We became aware of instances where the expense reports were not lining up with the expense breakdown on the year-end summaries. We have fixed this issue so that the expense reports will now be generated in line with transaction month-end dates, and will now match up with the Year End summary in all instances.
Integration: Hostaway - Manual Sync function update: For our clients that are integrated with Hostaway, we have made an update to the Manual Sync function available on your individual holiday properties. Previously, the sync was bringing through a properties guests from Hostaway regardless of their status. The sync will now only bring through guests with a check in date = to or more than the current date, with a status of New or Modified as expected.
Transactions: Invoice Tenancy - Repetitive: When creating a repetitive Tenant charge from a Tenant diary, there was previously no option to select a ledger - this has always defaulted to the Owner Account. With this update, Users will now be able to select a ledger (Owner or Fee ledger) when creating a repetitive Tenant charge from the diary | Find out more here
Reports: Insights - Occupancy report: We've made a slight change to the procedure used to generate the Insights - Occupancy report. The report will now take the start date of a property into account, and only display occupancy information for properties with a start date within the selected From and To dates.
