On the dashboard under reminders you will sometimes see the following:
What does this mean?
This means that your connection with either TPS or Renti has put a new tenancy into Palace, this is the notification to let you know that it has happened and you should now go and edit the tenant and update any other fields that need updating.
Once you do not need that reminder any more, tick it and click on process. it will disappear from the list.

When creating a support request please ensure you have placed as much information as possible to help the support agent to investigate your query. I.e., full contact details, contact number, company name and items regarding the issue you are experiencing. I.e., tenant/owner/supplier/property name, a copy of a report (if possible).
